They are a bit hard at first but break down easily. They have a great juicy flavor that I don’t mind at all. The Vitamin C, Vitamin D and zinc all help to support the immune system, and elderberry is an awesome natural addition to the mix. They seemed to do their job and I am feeling much better. Just a reminder, pay attention to the amount of Vitamin D you are taking in other supplements, as this has a great amount on its own. Overall, I highly recommend and will be keeping these on hand for the whole family!
