I love it delicious elderberry taste and the fact that it has a high content of zinc,vitamin C and D. I like it's gummy easy to take gummy texture. Since l've been taking them, upper respiratory annoyances - sneezing, coughing, feeling congested - are minimal at best. I take two a day - first thing in the AM and sometime in the evening after dinner. They're quite tasty - fruity flavored with chewy texture - so it's no hardship at all to include in one's daily routine.

I tried for myself and noticed the outside texture is firm, but the inside is very soft and juicy, almost like biting into a real grape. This will make it so much easier for us to stay healthy, because of the medicinal effects, without the mess or aftertaste.
