They taste great, they don't get stuck in your teeth, and they chew up easily. I love that they are not high in calories and sugar. My daughter doesn't even like fruit and she enjoys taking these every night. They are the best.

I already take Zinc, Vitamin C and D3 so these gummies add a bonus to what I already consume. I am not so sure that I would buy them again; as a stand- alone immune defense, the vitamins and minerals are not in the strengths that I want.

For years I took childrens' gummies because they were more fun, and I hated swallowing big horsepills, but these days, you can find more and more gummies for adults. I'm thrilled about it. These Sambucus gummies taste pretty good, and fill in gaps if you are not getting enough Vitamin C and D. And Zinc is the thing that my doctor says may have the most benefit, assuming you take it consistently at the start of a cold, as it may shorten your symptoms by a day or two.
