My husband and I both tried it the morning after I purchased it. I believe it helped our immunity when we were exposed to people with cold symptoms that very night. This is a product I would definitely purchase again for that reason. It would be a good item to stock up on with winter coming. I will continue to recommend it to my friends because Nature's Way is a trusted brand in our household.

They have a lot of different vitamins and minerals that help boost immunity. I take them daily to try and prevent myself from getting sick. So far so good.
