Second, it's that time of year and my family has been no exception where everyone's sick. I have found that these help us not get as sick and help our sicknesses not last nearly as long. My son and I both have below average functioning immune systems and he's in kindergarten so nothing can keep us from getting sick but these significantly help us lessen everything. 12/10 will buy again and recommend to everyone! I wanted the cough relief immune support ones so bad because his cough when he's sick is pretty bad but I couldn't find those but when I can I will definitely be buying those as well! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these Nature's Way Sambucus Elderberry gummies a couple weeks ago. I'd been hearing many good things about Elderberry and the zinc you get from it, certainly needed at a time with virus type things going around. And since I don't always do well with swallowing pills, these were right up my alley. One thing I really liked about them, they had a nice flavor to them, but also, almost more importantly, they weren't really tough/hard like some gummies I've had in the past. They were soft and very easy to chew. And though they did stick to the teeth just a little, they dissolved off the teeth in a matter of no time. So they should be easy for anyone to chew, whether they have dentures or whatever. I can't think of anything really negative about them. Nice flavor, easy to chew, and I'm getting my Zinc and Elderberry. Good job Nature's Way!

I started taking these with my multi vitamin at the beginning of February and honestly didn’t feel any real benefit of them until I felt myself start to come down with something. But thanks to these gummies it never fully developed. I have a kid in elementary school and every other week he’s bringing something home with him. So I will defiantly be keeping these on hand for those instances!

They are vey easy to remember to take so that’s a plus. Hard to tell if they do anything. I haven’t gotten sick yet. Usually by now I have a cold, but haven’t. So that’s a plus. For years I took childrens' gummies because they were more fun, and I hated swallowing big horsepills, but these days, you can find more and more gummies for adults. I'm thrilled about it. These Sambucus gummies taste pretty good, and fill in gaps if you are not getting enough Vitamin C and D. And Zinc is the thing that my doctor says may have the most benefit, assuming you take it consistently at the start of a cold, as it may shorten your symptoms by a day or two. It's not much, but every little bit helps.
