If I am suffering from a headache or back pain, I take 2 of these with a glass of water and end up asleep in bed within an hour. The caplets are easy to swallow and have no after taste like other pain medications I have used in the past. They really do work, and I'm thankful for that. Once these caplets are depleted, I will be buying these to replace my other pain relief brand. I highly recommend this product; however, as with all medications you should consult with your doctor prior to taking ibuprofen should you have concerns. I have arthritis in my spine and knees, and I'm always in pain, but not anymore with my Advil P.M. I will sleep and wake up in the morning rested.

I have used it for achy muscles before going to sleep. I wake up in the morning feeling really refreshed and pain free. I have not experienced any groggy or sluggish feelings, just feeling good and ready to go. Advil can help me to fall asleep and stay asleep.

My job keeps me moving all day and the aches and pains get the best of me, on those days sleep is rough because I just can’t get comfortable but I tried these and wow! I am usually hesitant to take sleep aids because they tend to make me groggy in the morning. Advil PM, taken shortly before bedtime, helped me fall asleep quickly, stay asleep longer, and reduced my joint pain. I did not sleep the night through, but I did get a better night's sleep than usual. Best of all I did not wake up feeling groggy after using Advil PM. I would recommend Advil PM for a better night's sleep.

I’ve been having some issues with sleeping like lost Americans and i have also been having some lower back pain that contributes to the now sleep. This was the answer to my prayers.
