This has done wonders for my sleep. The pain relief is a nice-to-have as well. Not certain how long I should be sucking down ibuprofen daily just to get the dyphenhydramine, but it is working for sleep improvement quite nicely.

Not able to find this in the store, but happy that I can order this on line for my husband. Sam's.com is the best in getting what you order in a timely manner.
