[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product, like the regular liqui-gels, are really great and I take them when i’m feeling any sort of pain. Only difference with this one is that I usually take them at night to help me sleep if I am having any pain before bed! They’re great!

These were one of my first sleep aids I ever tried. They get the job done, especially in nights I'm restless due to back pain. I used to keep this in stock and use more often than not. Unfortunately I found myself very groggy the next day whenever I took these even after long hours of sleep.

Medium-sized caplets are easy to swallow. Kicked in within approximately 30 mins. Any pain I was experiencing decreased, and I became drowsy and ready for bed! Child safety cap to keep the littles safe. Adults and children 12 years and older take a dose of 2 caplets.

When we do long distance races I tend to be a little achy after, nothing major but noticeable and I tend to not sleep well that night. After one of these races I decided to take a some of these Advil PMs to help me rest that night. I slept for nine hours without waking. I woke up feeling rested and ready to go. I wasn't groggy at all. Plus I didn't wake at all during the night because of the aches. I really liked how this product worked for me.
