[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] usually just take regular Advil & it works just fine but this is good to take at night if you want some relief & good sleep thru the night. I don’t wake up with cramps in the middle of the night when I take this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have pain in my hips that will normally wake me up during the middle of the night. When I tried my free sample of Advil PM it helped me rest throughout the night with out waking up from the pain. I love it and will continue to use it.

I use the night time Advil because I can't fall asleep with pain. I use it at least one week out of every month. It helps well with cramps and pulled muscles. If I don't have relief all night I would wake up and have to wait for the med to set in for 20 minutes. I would buy it again because it's the only night time pain reliever that works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even though I received Advil PM Caplets #FreeToReview as a member of Smiley360 ALL opinions expressed in this review are from my own personal experience. I have constant back pain which interferes with me getting a good night's rest. I toss and turn in pain. I was so thrilled to try Advil PM Caplets to get some much needed pain relief and rest. Each caplet contains 200mg of Ibuprofen (pain reliever). It is recommended you take 2 caplets before bedtime (No more than 2 caplets every 24 hours). I followed these directions. In my experience I found that Advil PM Caplets helped quickly with pain management but took longer than expected to provide sleep relief. In all, I was extremely satisfied with the effectiveness of the pain relief but there could be some improvement for providing sleep aid. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had to deal with sleepless nights for a very long time, I have restless Leg Syndrome so my nights are usually filled with pain and lack of sleep.Took Avil PM about 1/2 before bed and I was surprised on how quickly it worked, my pain went away and I was extremely comfortable. My Restless Leg Syndrome was gone and I could feel myself getting drowsy. I slept through the night without waking up once.
