Advil P.M. is the perfect medicine to help me sleep comfortably when my back is acting up! Nothing worse than having trouble sleeping due to body aches but with this product it helps calm my body aches and stay asleep, no more waking when I move positions due to aches and pains! I get occasional shoulder muscle pain that keeps me from falling asleep or wakes me up often; even after using my muscle pain relief cream/balm. I try to sleep in the day after my shift but on my nights off I try to sleep at night. I often struggle with sleep and after taking Advil pm I can honestly say I felt well rested. I slept more soundly. I did not feel groggy and will be using this product in the future

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am an insomniac, and I tend to take sleep aid. I took it at 7:15 pm and couldn't fall asleep til about 10:30 pm. It didn't help me fall asleep quicker, but I did have a nice sleep without aches. I would recommend if you have body aches prior to sleeping. This is the actual size of the bottle and the pills.

When I am having aches from a busy day or even a headache that makes me not able to sleep, I will use Advil PM and I can stay asleep all night. With my kids home for the summer, I end up with aches and pains in places that I didn't know I could even have them and I have a hard time sleeping. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the AdvilPM because I find it to be really effective for period cramps. It can be extremely difficult for me to sleep when I feel pre-period nighttime cramps coming on, and most medications barely work. I have very severe pain, often waking up from it or tossing and turning throughout the night because of the extreme discomfort. It's hard to describe just how uncomfortable this is, but for those who have experienced it, you know it seems like hours before you feel any relief. I took this medication, and although it took about 1-2 hours to finally kick in, it worked completely. I fell asleep and woke up feeling okay. No extreme discomfort. Definitely recommend if you also have extremely difficult periods.

I tried this for my night time pain and the fact that I don't sleep very well at night. I know it says it's not addictive, but I still worry about using it too much and starting to need it to fall asleep. That being said, if you only need it once in awhile it definitely works on the pain and helps you sleep.
