It seemed to help me quickly. My headache was gone within 30-45 minutes. The headache was done before I went to sleep. These are great.

Either after the gym when my joints are sore, or even during my time of the month, it knocks the pain out and helps me to rest better at night, pain free. And also I do not feel groggy in the mornings when I wake up. The packaging it easy to open, but still child proof.
