Was it getting cold and the weather change and we always like to have cold medicine and things like that on hand and this has definitely been my favorite. I’ve tried many different ones and some make you sleepy or you have bad side effects but this has worked the best for me.

I was able to take them at night when I had mild pain keeping me up. It helped ease the pain and I was able to sleep. The caplets are easy to take. I like that I do not feel groggy in the morning. These definitely work for me, if you're a daily pill taker they might not really do you much . Although these definitely take away a minor headache and minor aches! They definitely take away my aches or cramps after working out or just a long, tiring day!
