[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to receive my free trial of Advil PM. I trust the Advil brand and have used the cold and sinus capsules for relief when I am sick. However, I had never thought to try an Advil product for sleep. I had been having a hard time going to sleep and staying asleep. I am a light sleeper, and rarely get a full night's rest. Taking an Advil PM helped me completely relax and fall into a deep sleep, which was unfamiliar to me. I slept through the night, and awoke the following morning feeling alert and refreshed. This would have been my generic review, until my husband got sick... My husband, who is 3 years away from retirement and NEVER taken a sick day, recently had an emergency trip to the doctor. He had been suffering with fatigue, fever, aches/pains, and weakness. He was told to get rest and drink fluids until it passed. He tried an Advil PM and went to bed early. When he woke up the next morning, he said it was the best sleep he had ever had in his life! The symptoms passed, and he felt like a new man. Everyone who was worried and called to check on him was told about the magic of Advil PM! This is by far the most effective sample I have ever received, and I will continue to share our experience with others. I had never seen my husband so sick, and never imagined a sleeping aid would have helped so much. I am grateful to have Advil PM in our medicine cabinet, and am now a loyal patron. I really like how well Advil PM Pain Reliever works when I'm in pain. I feel that With Advil PM you ease out of pain and it really works great for all types of pain. The most important reason that I prefer Advil PM over comparable brands is because it helps you to get a full nights sleep without waking up in pain, it truly works for a full 8 hours.

They make you drowsy in about 30-40 minutes due to the diphenhydramine and relieve pain due to the ibuprofen which helps you stay asleep throughout the night.

As a personal trainer and avid runner, my body can definitely take a beating. Some nights my aches and pains leave my legs feeling restless and it's hard for me to fall asleep.
