Medium-sized caplets are easy to swallow. Kicked in within approximately 30 mins. Any pain I was experiencing decreased, and I became drowsy and ready for bed! Child safety cap to keep the littles safe. Adults and children 12 years and older take a dose of 2 caplets.

I was glad to try Advil p.m. because I use Advil already during the day for headaches and pains. And Advil p.m. was just as great but also helped me sleep. It was an easy to swallow caplet. It wasn’t very big and went down smooth with a glass of water. It worked quickly while minimizing my pain and I fell asleep within about 45 minutes. I woke up feeling normal and not groggy and the pain has usually subsided. I will continue to buy this for nights when I’m in pain and having trouble sleeping.
