Waking is good as well they don't leave me groggy the next day. These caplets are a great option for relief of minor aches and pains and a good nights rest.

I had fallen down some stairs and had some soft tissue damage which isn’t doctor worthy but makes for uncomfortable sleeping. I took some Advil PM and slept so soundly that all I remember is my head hitting the pillow and then it was morning! I wasn’t nearly as sore as I would have expected when I woke up and can only assume that is thanks to Advil PM.
