Definitely made me drowsy, make sure your ready to go to bed when you take, it only took less then 30 minutes for me but I'm not use to taking sleep aids, so I guess it would be less or more time for others. I sleep good on these. Would definitely buy again !

Especially when going to bed. This product works to relieve the pain I am able to sleep through the night. It sometimes makes me groggy in the the morning and I've learned that if I get up and just get going, that feeling leaves pretty quickly. It will definitely be a repeat buy.

When waking up the headache is gone, and feel refresh. No side effect at all. Fully recommended. Effective for pain and sleep aid. Use according to the label.

This stuff is amazing. Everytime that I have a pain that keeps me up at night (usually my back) it really helps me sleep. I do a lot of heavy lifting when I work out so being able to know that when I am super sore I have something to help is really great!
