I take two pills before bedtime and within an hour; I am out like a light. It does a wonderful job of easing my aches and pains while allowing me to get a full night's rest. If I am suffering from a headache or back pain, I take 2 of these with a glass of water and end up asleep in bed within an hour. The caplets are easy to swallow and have no after taste like other pain medications I have used in the past. They really do work, and I'm thankful for that. Once these caplets are depleted, I will be buying these to replace my other pain relief brand. I highly recommend this product; however, as with all medications you should consult with your doctor prior to taking ibuprofen should you have concerns. Advil has been my go-to pain reliever for a while now.  As a court reporter, after a long day of depositions or trials I often need something to take away the aches and pains of my job.  Advil is the pain reliever that seems to do it fast and keeps the pain away the longest.  It also doesn't upset my stomach.  I always carry a  bottle in my briefcase, and have recommended it to my fellow reporters!

I still remember the first time I had taken Advil PM...I was very uncomfortable with aches and pains everywhere from a downhill mountain biking accident. I was over tired which caused me even more lack of sleep. I was so frustrated!! I went out to a local drugstore, found Advil PM which I didn’t even know existed at the time!! As soon as I got home I took the recommended dose, crawled into bed, started to feel the pain ease up and next thing I knew I was fast asleep. What a great product!!! It’s a lifesaver!!
