[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay, I've been looking for something else that would help my back pain without going to the doctor, but this, this right here, has already helped my back in one use. The best restful nights sleep I've had in literally years. I usually have trouble with my lower back. This Advil started to kick in and make me drowsy in about an hour and a half. I think this would be pretty affordable. This product does make you drowsy. Be sure to take in the PM.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always default to Advil. Why? Because it works. There is nothing worse than getting ready for sleep and having aches and pains. Advil PM is great for those nighttime aches, and helping me fall asleep peacefully. Highly recommend.

Of you are a full time working parent these little pills become your best friend. My time clock is always off from having to get up and down through the night. But when I take advil pm I always have a restful sleep without all the accompanying drowsiness that comes along with sleeping pills.

I waited until I had a headache at night and used them instead of my usual Unisom and the headache didn't fully resolve and my sleep wasn't better. The issue is that I probably needed three Advil for how bad my head hurt but didn't want to exceed the dose since they're "sleep" pills. I may need to finish the bottle but at the moment I'm not impressed. If you already have something that works I'd just stick to that.

I received the PM version, so I take them at night if I have a headache. It works fast and I feel like it works even better when you're sleeping. I didn't care for the side effect of a headache after taking the product (happened 4x), but it did take away the muscle soreness so I could sleep. My husband has now started using it for his soreness and sleep aid and says it helps him a great deal.
