[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The other night I had a headache before bed from wearing new glasses all day and decided to try one of these, since I have a hard time falling asleep with a headache. I had the best sleep I’ve had in ages, and the headache was long gone when I woke up in the morning. Not something I would take often, but happy to have these on hand for nights when a headache is keeping me up.

She said it's been helping her sleep better since she has been dealing with a lot of discomfort , as she's gotten older she's had more joint pain.
