I have tried this product twice and will not do so again. I do have occasional sleeplessness and osteoarthritis affecting multiple areas. As this product definitely helped with pain, and made it very easy to fall asleep, and sleep well I might add. I experienced difficulty waking up! Both times that I used the product I was so groggy and tired upon awakening. It took me 2 hours to shake off that feeling! I will not use this again. This is the perfect combination of ibuprofen and Benadryl i have ever taken., 200 mg of ibuprofen and 38 mg of Benadryl which is the same as 1 1/2 regular benedryl tqblets, the instructions say take 2 at bedtime (400 mg of ibuprofen and 76 mg of Benadryl (3 tabs). This combo put me to sleep and took away my headache. I would definitely recommend this to anybody with a headache trying to rest.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used AdvilPM for 5 straight nights and it helped me get to sleep faster. There is no bitter taste. I also stayed to sleep for a long time compared to nights without using AdvilPM. The pain in my legs was not as bad so I could get a somewhat restful sleep.

I received my free sample tubes of 8each Advil pm. I used my free samples for two nights in a row taking two per evening. I have eliminated my pain and been able to sleep very soundly. I shared one of my samples with 4 people at my dental office. The ladies I talked to shared the same experience with me indicating that they found it easier to fall asleep, eliminated their pain as well as stayed asleep longer than use with a similar brand.
