It took over all to me about 10 minutes to kick in and I was out like a light. I woke up at my normal time didn't oversleep like I have on others. The pill to me is normal size didn't have a hard time swallowing it. I love it just works well for me glad I had a chance to try this sample before buying it. Yes I really do recommend trying it.
