I’m having a lot of trouble falling asleep and this seems to do the trick. I do recommend only taking this if you have someone to take care of your baby. I do not wake up groggy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Last night my lower back was aching before bed. It was the perfect opportunity to try Advil PM Caplets. I would normally reach for ibuprofen, such as Advil in this scenario. So I knew it would help. However, I do not typically reach for ibuprofen with a sleep aide. For this, think ibuprofen plus diphenhydramine, what you may know more commonly as the ingredient that makes up Benadryl. I was not “knocked out”, but rather eased into an amazing, comfortable and restful sleep. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the capsules felt rather gritty on my tongue and took a couple of tries to swallow down. I probably should have swallowed 1 at time. But I am not a patient person when my back is hurting and I am tired. I will be purchasing these in the future. I am hoping they make a gel capsule.

I have to say, not only did my pain go away, but I had a good nights sleep! I was a little tired when I woke up in the morning, but I was not groggy like I have been with other PM medicines. There are 20 coated caplets in a bottle. Advil is my go to whenever I’ve body pain or headaches. I’m glad they got this now, something that’d help you with pain and help you get some sleep at the same time. As we all know, it’s so hard to get some sleep or stay asleep whenever you’re experiencing body pain. In my case most of the time, I’m having back pain, shoulder pain, or leg/feet pain from standing all day. You just need 2caplets before bedtime. Though, this is only good for adults and children 12yrs and over. I can’t swallow the big capsules, so I’m glad they’ve got this in caplet form and is coated so no bitter taste. This is indeed great for sleeplessness due to body aches and pains. Just make sure to Read the labels and warnings before taking it.
