I did not want to take prescription sleep medication so I tried AdvilPM. I was able to get a good nights rest and relief of my pain. I highly recommend.

Advil PM is nice when I have had a hard day or workout and my body feels achy all over. I don't take it every night just on the nights that I need a little help. It relieves the pain just enough that I can fall asleep and I do not feel groggy in the morning.

However, it gives me horrible Restless Leg Syndome, so while my pain is gone and I'm sleepy, my legs act up. I really wanted it to work too. If you are experiencing aches and pains that keep you from getting a good night's sleep, then you definitely want to try this product.  It worked best to not only get me to sleep quickly and comfortably, but I did not wake up in the middle of the night with my usual neck pain.
