[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had hurt my leg after lifting my heavy dog. I took this advil right before bed and I went to sleep and stayed asleep instead of waking up with my leg aching! I didn’t have any bad dreams and I did not wake up from my leg pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This helped me sleep when I had a terrible headache. I took this about half an hour before I went to bed. I was asleep within an hour of being in bed. I had no adverse side effects. I woke up in the morning feeling rested and not groggy.

I used Advil PM before bed, it has two main ingredients: * Ibuprofen: is a pain reliever, antipyretic and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). * Diphenhydramine: is an antihistamine that causes drowsiness It helped me relieve pain and fall asleep quickly. I also asked my family doctor about Advil PM. He said that Advil PM would help me relieve pain and fall asleep without the risk of liver damage that some other sleep aids can cause. However, Advil PM is not a medicine, you should carefully read the instructions for use or consult your Doctor.

I use this when I am tossing and turning due to an injury or cramps, and it allows me to get a much better night sleep than if I didn’t have any sort of sleep aid. It definitely helps keep my pain under control. It helps me stay asleep and not wake up multiple times throughout the night.

I first purchased Advil PM after all the healthy alternatives like Melatonin that didn’t work at all. I knew Acetaminophen used regularly would ruin a beloved organ, so I tried a sample pack with 2. I slept a glorious 9 hours without once waking (thanks to the weekend no alarm) and felt incredibly refreshed. Basic convenient stores will have their generic brand of active ingredients w/ NSAIDS and ibuprofen as well, but why fix something if it’s not broken? Life changer for this girl! Good luck!

Advil PM is nice when I have had a hard day or workout and my body feels achy all over. I don't take it every night just on the nights that I need a little help. It relieves the pain just enough that I can fall asleep and I do not feel groggy in the morning.

Sometimes you need a little bit more heavy duty relief than the usual advil and this did the trick! Tablet wasnt too big and didnt have any weird tastes. Definitely helped me fall asleep easier, which really helped with recovering from my headache on top of easing the pain.
