I suffer from constant neck pain and have trouble falling asleep. Advil PM helped with all of that. I can now get comfortable enough to fall and stay asleep all night. I love this product!

After taking the recommended dosage, the melatonin also put me to sleep. As soon as I woke up the next morning, all pains were gone! I do not recommend taking this during the day AT ALL. I’ve always been a advil user, but I love this for nighttime use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish sent 2 #freesample bottles of Advil P. M. from #smiley360. I have a lot of pain due to a bone disease which often keeps me up at night. So I was excited but leery about trying it and to my surprise it actually works much better than I expected. It relieve the pain which that alone allowed me to sleep much better and it also had kind of a drowsiness quality to it but not like some medications that make you so tired through the night that you can't even wake up to go to the bathroom. Other comparable P.M pain relievers make me extremely groggy the next morning for most of the morning but the Advil did not. Compared to other brands the price is average. I now have the full size bottle and my medicine cabinets for those painful restless nights.

Advil is always my "go to" pain reliever. I have found it to always be the most effective! However, I honestly cannot tell the difference though between the "PM" and the "regular" Advil. It all kind of seems the same to me! Even the "no name brand" tends to work just as well.
