This does help relieve pain but I don't feel like it helps me falls asleep faster or easier. I do like that it doesn't give me side effects and it is pretty affordable. I would buy it again and if I need help to sleep I will buy tea which always helps me.

I find that these being the coated caplets, that they work faster for me. I will absolutely keep these around the house for those achey nights that I just cannot get comfortable. On the really bad nights when the workout or day has been tough, and the body is sore, these are wonderful. They relieve pain, and help you fall asleep. They also help keep me asleep for most of the night. I appreciate feeling rested the next morning, and am ready to rock for the next day. I will continue to use Advil PM in the future.
