The pills are easy to swallow. I honestly do like the different color to signify nighttime. I think that would prevent any mixups with daytime use. I did get some restful sleep. Were they perfect for me? Probably not for my headaches. If I just had a back ache, I'd think these would be perfect for helping ease the pain and get me to sleep quickly. The only thing I woke up groggy the next day but that can be yo me not taking sleeping aides really. I would still purchase it to use here and there.

It helps cure the headache, it gives assistance to sleep through the night, and also will make you feel more able to get things done the next day!
