It provides instant relief and helps me sleep comfortably thru the night which is something I struggle with. I usually take melatonin to get my body in a regular sleeping pattern, but lately I've been working out and pulling heavy loads, so my back kills me at night and keeps me awake. Advil PM has definitely given me restful nights and will continue using it as needed.

It took over all to me about 10 minutes to kick in and I was out like a light. I woke up at my normal time didn't oversleep like I have on others. The pill to me is normal size didn't have a hard time swallowing it. I love it just works well for me glad I had a chance to try this sample before buying it. Yes I really do recommend trying it. Love to take them at night because I know I’ll be getting a great night sleep. It for sure helps me stay asleep because my pain is under control. Love the caplets because they are the right size and because they are coated they are very easy to swallow. I must add, these pills start working very fast.
