I also stayed to sleep for a long time compared to nights without using AdvilPM. The pain in my legs was not as bad so I could get a somewhat restful sleep.

The pills are easy to swallow. I honestly do like the different color to signify nighttime. I think that would prevent any mixups with daytime use. I did get some restful sleep. Were they perfect for me? Probably not for my headaches. If I just had a back ache, I'd think these would be perfect for helping ease the pain and get me to sleep quickly. I am not suppose to use NSAID’s due to gastric issues, but I was desperate last night, in pain, couldn’t sleep, so I took 2 tablets. It helped my pain and helped me sleep. It’s short acting, so better for acute pain. My son also found relief from using it after a bad fall. Great trusted product.

I’m so excited to have found this one! I don’t need them very often but when I do, I hate that I feel like I can’t wake up the next day.
