I need to let you know that I received this product for free, but the opinions are all my own. I was happy when the package arrived and it was an Advil product. We have Advil in our Medicine cabinet and we've used it for many years for aches and pains, but I've never thought to try the Advil-PM. I got 2 packs of the 8 capsule, travel size containers. Adults take two at a time, so two of these are an eight day supply. The tablets are relatively small and easy to swallow, without any after taste. The container can easily fit in a purse, pocket or suitcase. So, I have fibro, arthritis and depression. All three cause, or make worse sleep issues. The physical pain from the fibro and arthritis can keep me up all night and the mental strain from dealing with the pain makes it next to impossible to fall asleep. I have medications that I can take for these problems, but all of them make me drowsy the next morning. I'm in such a fog that I really can't do anything for hours. A pot of coffee helps. So, I took the Advil PM for 7 days. It took me 45 minutes to 1 ½ hours to fall asleep. Compared to my other medications, that's good. After falling asleep I slept well, no weird dreams and only waking 3 or 4 times that week. This didn't take care of all of my pain, but it took the edge off enough that I could fall asleep and stay asleep. The very best part is that I don't wake up all groggy in the mornings. I can get up and jump right into answering emails, starting laundry or running errands. I'm not losing half of my day anymore and I'm getting a good night's sleep. This doesn't solve all of my problems, but it sure gives me a lot more time to work on the issues. I'm so happy that this product found me. It's in our medicine cabinet now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great for relieving pain. I have back issues that sometimes keep me up at night. This did help with the pain but it did not help ease me to sleep. It does have a sleep aid in it but it does not say what or how many milligrams of the sleep aid that is in it. Advil is a good pain reliever on its own. Personally I would just take regular advil since the advil pm gave me the same results as the regular one.

My sleep schedule can definitely get off track as well. Advil PM has helped me get good rest while relieving those headaches, and muscle aches which have allowed me to wake up feeling well-rested for the next day. These are easy to swallow and are not hard on my stomach and I get pain relief fairly quickly. Definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This medication I so helpful for pain relief as well as helping you sleep when you are in pain. Being a gel capsule it goes down easy with no sticking to the inside of the mouth; and also works fast because it’s broken down faster.

Before getting pregnant Advil PM was a staple for me. 9 times out of 10 I reached for the bottle of Advil PM before laying down to sleep because if I didn't, my night would consist of constant tossing and turning, checking the time on the clock and eventually throwing my hands up in anger because yet again, I literally ran out of time to sleep for the day. I ALWAYS got a majorly needed good nights sleep when taking the PM's. If you have trouble sleeping or staying asleep throughout the night I absolutely suggest giving Advil PM a try. Your tired eyes will thank you.

I get occasional shoulder muscle pain that keeps me from falling asleep or wakes me up often; even after using my muscle pain relief cream/balm. But this Advil PM definitely “helps you fall asleep and stay asleep” as the bottle says! #AdvilPM 😴👌🏽

this is a great product for those restless achy nights, not only does this product help with aches and pains but it helps you fall asleep and stay asleep without tossing and turning or having to worry about waking up in the middle of the night to re-dose. keep in mind that this product does make you feel kind of drowsy which is stated on the packaging so it's normal to feel that way however; everyone's body reacts differently so you might not feel the side affects at all. it's all about trial and error but i do believe this product works and do recommend it to others! the only reason i did not give this product 5 stars is because the pricing - you don't get very many for the price you pay but other than that it's great! give it a shot!

These actually work pretty well. The nighttime part is that it has a medication in it similar to the one in Benadryl to help you fall asleep easier. Unfortunately if you're a person that takes allergy medications or have a reaction to that medication it may end up making you hyper instead so proceed with caution.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The thing I like the most about Advil pm is that it makes it so I can sleep at night, but I am still able to wake up in the morning and operate. I don't need to down three cups of coffee to get going. It's my favorite among the pain reliever/sleep enhancers because it feels the most mild to me. I don't take them all the time, but when I do it really helps. Would definitely recommend!
