I took this after a long busy day hoping it would help ease the pain in my legs so allow me to lay down and rest. I don't feel like this helped at all. This is a great pain reliever and sleep aid combo. I like having this on hand for those days when I do a little too much and I feel the pain coming. If you are in pain you can't sleep or can't go to sleep too easily. So having a sleep aid/pain reliver is great secret weapon.
