It takes away the aches and pains and helps me get to sleep, so that I can get the rest I need for my body to heal. I like that I only have to take one product for two purposes: pain reliever and sleep-aid. Two for one, how great is that? There is nothing that I dislike about this product. It is perfect for those times you overdid it and you need to get some peaceful rest free from pain. I highly recommend it! I received a free product for the purpose of my review. My headache was gone. Next time I'll just grab ibuprofen tho. I'm giving these to a friend. Sleep aids make me make feel uncomfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you need a PM med this one works as it should. They are coated caplets and are about the size of regular Advil. It does relieve sleeplessness caused by minor body aches and pains before bed, just take a couple right before bed.

The Advil PM Pain Reliever/Nightime Sleep Aid hits the spot because it addresses both issues. It eases my aches and pains quickly while helping me sleep. The next morning I do not feel groggy at all.
