Advil PM is my go-to pain reliever when I'm dealing with sort of ache before bed, usually a headache or cramps. Advil pm is just a mix of advil and benadryl so I know it will get the job done. I love the value pack because I know I will use it a lot and I get my money's worth.

For an OTC (over-the-counter) medication, Advil's PM Caplets work well to help with aches, and pains, and this newer version that includes a sleeping medication, along with the NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug), also helps me to sleep. For me, having pain often goes hand-in-hand with not being able to sleep, so it's nice to be able to take one medication to help with both issues (sleeping also helps me get rid of my pain). I only need to take 2 of these caplets, and they help with my aches/pains, as well as with sleep, and I don't wake up groggy, or still tired either.
