I go to bed with aches and pains from throughout the day and find it hard to fall asleep. I took Advil Pm as directed and fell asleep faster and even slept an hour longer than usual!! These work Amazing for my back pain at night when I usually have troubles getting to sleep and staying asleep. I take 2 before bed and it helps me get a more restful night's sleep. My headache was gone. Next time I'll just grab ibuprofen tho. I'm giving these to a friend. Sleep aids make me make feel uncomfortable.
