I bought these for sleeping aid, it did had the total opposite effect for some reason and I ended up awake all night long, that happened to me every time I took it, it was actually better for me not to take them, at least without them I was able to sleep part of the night. When I call the manufacturer to tell them about it they were really bad, even though they are required by the law to take my report.

On the really bad nights when the workout or day has been tough, and the body is sore, these are wonderful. They relieve pain, and help you fall asleep. They also help keep me asleep for most of the night. I appreciate feeling rested the next morning, and am ready to rock for the next day. I will continue to use Advil PM in the future.

One of my struggles when trying to fall asleep is back pain so I tried this to see if it would help me sleep better and it definitely did. I do love the Advil brand as a hole, so I definitely wanted to try this when it came out and I am so happy I did.
