Advil is my to go option for headaches and muscular pain, it works every time like a charm and quick so its very effective, this PM version is very good too, when im in pain during the night this always helps, i give it just 4 stars because i feel weird or groogy if i don’t sleep more that 10 hours and even thats not enough, if you stay home and can rest the tireness away this pill are phenomenal. They are a moderate size so very easy to swallow too, the packaging is nice and the ingredients i don’t know about that but is a relevant brand for so many years

Sometimes my back and knee hurt so bad I toss and turn like crazy. But these babies put me to sleep like no other and when I wake up the pain is gone. I fell asleep fast and stayed asleep all night. The pills are not big and were easy to swallow. I like that it contains diphenhydramine to help improve sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my doubts but not anymore after cutting the grass with my walk behind push mower my legs and back was killing me and I could get relaxed so I received Advil PM for a sampling program and I took it and when I say no pain and well rested the Advil PM did it's job and I feel so night great product and I will make sure I keep a bottle in my home for times when I have aches and pains associated with occasional sleeplessness.
