Advil PM contains ibuprofen and diphenhydramine (Benadryl) to ease those nighttime aches and pains PLUS helps you sleep better and longer. My favorite part is that Advil PM is non habit forming.

I have tried this product twice and will not do so again. I do have occasional sleeplessness and osteoarthritis affecting multiple areas. As this product definitely helped with pain, and made it very easy to fall asleep, and sleep well I might add. I experienced difficulty waking up! Both times that I used the product I was so groggy and tired upon awakening. It took me 2 hours to shake off that feeling! I will not use this again. Definitely one of my go to medicines. Their nighttime pain medications to make you drowsy however if you're used to pain medications that make you drowsy this one might not affect you as much as it should. I definitely recommend for lightweights and you can find this at pretty much any drugstore any retail store... pretty much anywhere

I have taken this ones a couple of times, they are pretty efficient and have a fast kick in, so you don't have to take more than the ones indicated, they are good after a night sports session to have a good sleep without all your body aching, i specially recommend this for that purpouse
