[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not really impressed with this product. I don't feel it put me to sleep any quicker than normal, or allowed me to sleep any sooner. I have tried other products that seem to work much better, but I will try this again before I totally disregard it.

This is a staple in my medicine cabinet. I have really had back pain at times since having my twins and A VERY physical job and I also suffer from boots of insomnia or in constantly waking up 50 times during the night. This takes care of both problems. Within 20 minutes, my pain is alleviated for the night and in drowsy enough that I fall asleep easier and actually sleep through the night most times. I have to force myself not to spend on them for sleep and only take even in experiencing pain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t use this product very often but when I need it, it works. I typically use it if I’ve had a long day walking around and my legs are tired but I just can’t fall asleep at night. This relieves my pain and puts me right to sleep.

It not only alleviates my headache (usually in a timely fashion) but it also knocks me out right away. I wake up the next morning feeling so refreshed and rested. It takes my headaches and pains and aches away effectively with no bad side affects! Best med out there to reduce pain and help you sleep!

I took Advil P.M after a long day at work due to headache. After a few minutes my headache stopped and I went to sleep and my normal time. I slept well and I wasn’t groggy when I woke up.

These caplets provide you pain relief throughout the night. These work good and I can always count on them. I recommend Advil PM.
