Any pain I am in is numbed during sleep. The small container makes it easy to carry around. Prefer a gel cap since it goes down easier.

The ibuprofen did help ease my pain, and the sleep aid was great. I didn’t feel knocked out, rather, it was a gentle drowsiness. I slept all night and woke up with no grogginess or hangover. I especially like that the pills are normal size. I had no stomach upset, and will keep a bottle on-hand for cases like this.

My husband doesn’t have many ailments but occasionally deals with some minor aches or a headache here and there that may affect his sleep. I've seen friends suffer from addiction from prescription pain/sleep-aids, and I refuse to take them.
