I say this helped me get a full nights rest that I have been lacking. It’s so much easier to fall asleep and then I stay asleep! My pain from my shoulders and neck is gone and stays gone all night. I say this works like a dream only it’s not a dream it’s real! I really do like taken this and I will continue to use it so long as I have my aches.

My left heel still gives me a decent amount of trouble because of how bad I shattered it a couple years ago ❤️‍🩹. The Advil PM takes the edge off and also helps me sleep a little better if my foot is extra sore so I was really glad I was able to try these as they at least help 💝☺️. I well aware I will never be pain free in my left heel ever again, but in case anyone was wondering— it was absolutely worth it 🌸😻💙. It’s not surprise that Advil is one of the best ibuprofen manufacturers and it is no different with the PM version. Easy to swallow and helpful in pain management, and helpful with acting as a sleep aid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product complimentary from Influenster. This review is based solely off my own opinion. I have used Advil many times due to the daily headaches I get but I have never tried to PM version. Advil is a form of ibuprofen and really does help my headaches so taking this at night not only relieves my pain but will help my sleep better. So far I have taken this twice at night and it does help. I do not know if it helped my sleep but I did not wake up groggy and my headache was gone.

They work wonders and I honestly have woken up less sore and have been sleeping more soundly since I got them! I don’t take them often but on days from the gym I’m super sore I will take one before bed and wake up definitely much more comfortable!
