I deal with some back and neck pain which causes sleep to be difficult at times. I try not to take too much medication if I don't absolutely need it but welcome the relief that it does provide. I felt really bad the other week so I went ahead and tried the Advil PM. While it worked somewhat quickly, it didn't relief all of my pain but enough to feel more relaxed and sleep better. Would take it again and recommend to others.

Advil PM pain relievers are a must for me. After a long day chasing kids and going to our community center gym, I often find myself full of aches and unable to relax. The Advil PM relieves any pain I have while relaxing me enough that I can get a good night's sleep.

This is the perfect combination of ibuprofen and Benadryl i have ever taken., 200 mg of ibuprofen and 38 mg of Benadryl which is the same as 1 1/2 regular benedryl tqblets, the instructions say take 2 at bedtime (400 mg of ibuprofen and 76 mg of Benadryl (3 tabs). This combo put me to sleep and took away my headache. I would definitely recommend this to anybody with a headache trying to rest.

The PM part makes it easier to take at night because it helps get me to sleep. I wake up in the morning and headache is gone and I’m well rested. I trust anything that Advil puts out.
