I gave him 2 of these Advil PM’s right before bed & he has had the best sleep he’s had in a while. Each tablet has 200mg of Ibuprofen & 38mg Diphenhydramine Citrate which helps with sleep. If you have minor aches & pains that hinders your nighttime sleep, then this would be perfect for you. I would definitely discuss with your provider before taken any medications.

After trying this, I can say it didn't keep me sleeping, or make me feel groggy later, but I do believe it helped me to initially fall asleep, which is generally the hardest part of sleeping for me. So for that, I believe it did its job.

I was able to take them at night when I had mild pain keeping me up. It helped ease the pain and I was able to sleep. The caplets are easy to take. I like that I do not feel groggy in the morning.
