[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took two of these last night about 30 minutes before bed. I fell asleep quickly and stayed asleep pretty well all night. When I woke up I did feel pretty groggy. It made it hard for me to want to get going. It subsided rather quickly but if you're someone who struggles with motivation in the mornings getting ready then you might not like this.

I usually have aching in my upper back and arms and while it may take the edge off it doesn't keep me asleep all night and still have aching throughout the night. I would recommend this for people with light pain issues at night. I received a free product for the purpose of my review. Opinions are 100% my own.

I will buy the Advil PM for future pain relief where I'd also like to get a good rest. I would recommend Advil PM 8ct Vial if you do not take it regularly.
