[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently I have been having aches and pains in my back and hips thanks to getting older. I decided to try AdvilPM for some nighttime relief. It works well and helped me fall asleep quickly and yet I did not feel groggy the next day.

I use pretty much only when backpacking. I'm often sore and tired, so the Advil part works, but the "PM" part often makes for a long night of uninterrupted sleep, something I've never experienced in almost 50 years of backpacking. For decades, I'd sleep fitfully, tossing and turning for hours. Such a massive relief to sleep though the night without any sort of "hangover". Seems like I get healthy sleep. Getting a solid night's sleep when out in the mountains is pretty amazing. Makes a huge difference. The effect is not always the same but Advil PM makes an obvious difference and sometimes an amazing difference.

I used this after I had my son. I couldn’t breastfeed and I was in SO MUCH PAIN. I had to go through the pain the entire week for my milk to dry. I read online Advil and cabbage leaves reduce the pain. So I took the Advil and such. It helped so much! Although I was tender still, it helped a lot of the pain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you want pain relief and help falling asleep, this is your product. I was out cold within 30 minutes of taking 2 caplets. My only complaint was that I was drowsy for most of the next day. I can’t imagine being able to drive the next morning.

I go to bed with aches and pains from throughout the day and find it hard to fall asleep. I took Advil Pm as directed and fell asleep faster and even slept an hour longer than usual!! I woke up refreshed and in very little pain. I'm happy I tried Advil Pm. I would recommend to anyone! They worked well for me!

I gave him 2 of these Advil PM’s right before bed & he has had the best sleep he’s had in a while. Each tablet has 200mg of Ibuprofen & 38mg Diphenhydramine Citrate which helps with sleep. If you have minor aches & pains that hinders your nighttime sleep, then this would be perfect for you. I would definitely discuss with your provider before taken any medications.

The caplet is blue and oval in the product claims to alleviate, minor aches and pains, while helping you stay asleep throughout the night.
