It has made for restless nights sometimes, but when the pain comes I’ve been using Advil PM and it’s helped a ton! I’m able to sleep through night, waking up with no aches and pains. The combination really helps me relax enough to nod off. I take 2 at night with a glass of water. I do not experience any stomach upset. I start to feel a bit sleepy about 30-45 minutes later.
