I am a Preschool Teacher and being at my best is important to me to do my job to the fullest. I love that these pills are easy to swallow because they are coated capsules. These capsules have 38 mg of Diphenhydramine Citrate (Nighttime sleep-aid) and 200 mg of Ibuprofen (pain relief). I am refreshed when I awake and my body feels good. I don't feel groggy when I wake. I like the fact that I can take Advil PM for occasional sleeplessness. You take two pills with water and off to sleep with no pain you go! However, I had never thought to try an Advil product for sleep. I had been having a hard time going to sleep and staying asleep. I am a light sleeper, and rarely get a full night's rest. Taking an Advil PM helped me completely relax and fall into a deep sleep, which was unfamiliar to me. I slept through the night, and awoke the following morning feeling alert and refreshed.
