The pain would constantly wake me up throughout the night leaving me feeling sluggish the next morning. After taking Advil PM capsules, I slept peacefully for 8 hours. The next morning when I awoke I felt so energetic and my mood had improved tremendously. I recommend anyone with any kind of pain that keeps them from getting the recommended 7 hours a night of sleep to try this product.

It is a coated caplet, so it is very easy to swallow! The active ingredients are diphenhydramine and Ibuprofen, which is the perfect combination for a sleep aid that relieves pain. I highly recommended this product!

Ibuprofen doesn’t sit that well with me, and the PM part made me a little too drowsy the next morning. However, it does work as promised.

Advil PM is my go-to pain reliever when I'm dealing with sort of ache before bed, usually a headache or cramps. Advil pm is just a mix of advil and benadryl so I know it will get the job done. I love the value pack because I know I will use it a lot and I get my money's worth.
