While you may be able to mix both on your own, it is generally not recommended. It works very well at accomplishing the sleep aid and pain relief needed. It has helped me many times and I will continue to use it when needed. Recommended!

This product is everything that I expected and works every time. When my head is hurting and I need an entire night's sleep, it always helps, I usually don’t believe in other brands that say the same thing but this one provides me such a great night, I actually rest like never before. I don’t take it always but when I do get really and headaches I have to and works amazing!

because of Osteoarthritis and past surgeries I never sleep more than a few hrs but last night I took 2 advil pm and slept like a rock , I couldn't believe I slept for 10 hrs , I have used this before and only take once per wk so that when I do use it I get results like last night thank you Pfizer

I am an avid gym goer and always have body aches and pains from lifting daily and most pain relievers don’t seem to help or even take the edge off but Advil PM is amazing. Not only does it help me fall asleep but also noticed my body doesn’t feel all achey when I wake up. Great quality brand advil products never disappoint and also great value! I highly recommend!

As a mom of 3 toddlers, it can make me a happy mom or a grumpy mom, and I’d rather be a happy one. This definitely helps me with my aches and pains, but also in getting a restful sleep at night. I wake up feeling refreshed and not groggy at all! Will be taking these from now on instead of the regular ones during nighttime for that extra sleep benefit.

Great pain reliever for night time. When I have sore/achy muscles or a headache at night I tend to have a hard time sleeping. This medication helps so much for that and gives me a good night rest. I feel like it works quite quickly as well. Would recommend.

I get frequent headaches and body aches along with my insomnia, causing me to struggle to fall asleep fast and comfortably. I was given a #freesample of Advil PM to try from Smiley360 to try, but my opinions posted here are of my own and without bias. After using the appropriate dose before bed as described on the packaging, I found myself getting tired within 30 minutes and fell asleep soundly without waking until my morning alarm woke me up. I will definitely use this product when I'm struggling to fall asleep in the future!

I walked a 5K for charity (without training for it!) and I had just a few muscle aches afterwards. I took Advil PM to get some relief and sleep a bit easier. After 2 nights, my pain had dissipated and I didn't lose any sleep over it. A good night's sleep is so important to me because I lead a busy life and can't take time out to nap. I would use Advil PM again for muscle aches and pains.
