[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Advil PM on and off for years because it works for me. It is a nice blend of pain relief along with a sleep aid. The pain relief works wonders for me and the sleep aid definitely helps. I will say though that sometimes when taking I can wake up groggy but I am aware of this effect on me prior to taking it. This will remain in my medicine cabinet for years to come.

I received the PM version, so I take them at night if I have a headache. It works fast and I feel like it works even better when you're sleeping. I really don't have any complaints except I wish I had a bigger bottle lol. I definitely recommend!

Knocks me out, but in the best way. When I'm super sick and thus can't sleep, this literally makes me fall asleep in less than one minute once the symptoms lessen. Crazy satisfied, although my friends might not be when I fall asleep mid-conversation on Facetime/text.

What I liked about it is that usually I do not get a full night sleep due to neck and back pains, after taking Advil PM I slept all night long without waking up hurting or in discomfort. I work up the next day feeling like I got a full night sleep and not tired feeling, I was ready for my day.
