[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Advil PM as complimentary. I recently suffered from back pain and had trouble falling asleep, so I decided to give it a try. The combination of ibuprofen and diphenhydramine proved to be a powerful solution for alleviating my back pain. Ibuprofen helped ease the discomfort, while the addition of diphenhydramine acted as a sleep aid, it helped me have a good night of sleep. However, it is only limited for nighttime use, for daytime it could make me drowsy.

I just take 2 as needed and usually feel better and sleepy in no time at all! My stomach is normally too sensitive to most other headache/fall asleep capsules I've taken in the past but these do not upset my stomach.

This Medicine will definitely give you a good night sleep. So don't take it at 9 or 10pm and try to get up at 7 or 8am. You will feel drowsy and tired. I did not have any pain and slept all night. I slept about 81/2 hours but was drowsy the next morning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Advil is great for aches and pains, hormonal and tension headaches also in my experience. The PM version works just as well as the regular but does also help you fall asleep which can be difficult if you're experiencing discomfort or pain.

The pills are easy to swallow. I honestly do like the different color to signify nighttime. I think that would prevent any mixups with daytime use. I did get some restful sleep. Were they perfect for me? Probably not for my headaches. If I just had a back ache, I'd think these would be perfect for helping ease the pain and get me to sleep quickly.
