Does the job. I have premature arthritis and this helps the pain when I'm trying to fall asleep at night. I even think it works better than Bayer, but that's my opinion and could differ for someone else. But personally this is what I always buy at the store!

Advil PM is THE BOMB. THE BEST. Period. It has more of the Sleep Aid than any other Pain Reliever PM available on the market. They actually work. And OH SO WELL. My husband and mother in law , even my cousin who is a Pharmacist .... we ALL swear by them !
