As a mom of 3 toddlers, it can make me a happy mom or a grumpy mom, and I’d rather be a happy one. This definitely helps me with my aches and pains, but also in getting a restful sleep at night. I wake up feeling refreshed and not groggy at all! Will be taking these from now on instead of the regular ones during nighttime for that extra sleep benefit.

I could not get comfortable, the pain was keeping me up and I needed to get some sleep. I decided to try Advil PM, I felt relief soon after taking, I was able to fall asleep and stay asleep all night. I highly recommend this to anyone with pain keeping them awake at night. I like to keep this on hand, you never know what strains, bumps and bruises will happen and Advil PM is the thing you need for a good nights sleep!

The past few years I have been struggling with back and neck pain and some nights is very difficult for me to sleep. During those restless nights I found that if I take Advil PM I can improve my sleep quality. I wake up the next day rested and in a better shape. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] During the cold my back keeps me up but this helps me ease my back but also gets some rest. Definitely gets the job done. I don't feel groggy the next morning, I also do not take daily just when I can't take the discomfort.

Easy to swallow if you don’t have a thing about taking pills , kicks in soon enough after taking , and is such a great sleep time and pain relief all on one . [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will start by saying that most medications just don’t seem to have much of an effect on me. As far as pain relief goes, this Advil is about on par with other ibuprofen. I don’t see that it helps me sleep much, a little extra drowsy but the combination of pain relief and sleep aid doesn’t do enough for me to help me sleep. Pain makes me toss and turn a lot. I am not a typical case, so it will probably work great for others.
