Love this so much. It's the best of both worlds because it takes away the pain and puts you to sleep. I use it for period cramps and it works really well. Not badly priced either. I'd recommend this to anyone who has pain that interrupts their sleeping.

I was able to take them at night when I had mild pain keeping me up. It helped ease the pain and I was able to sleep. The caplets are easy to take. I like that I do not feel groggy in the morning. Not only did they help me fall asleep and stay asleep but they also helped with my back pain. I woke up feeling rested and my pain wasn’t as bad.

It has been a few day since and the pain in still at a 6 and if I walk on it too much an 8. So at night is when I need relief to help me sleep. These do just that. I take the recommended does and after about 30 minutes I can feel the pain release and I drift off to sleep. These were great for my foot/ankle pain at night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, the Advil PM product worked no differently for me than any of the other nighttime sleep aids for pain. I usually have aching in my upper back and arms and while it may take the edge off it doesn't keep me asleep all night and still have aching throughout the night. I would recommend this for people with light pain issues at night. I received a free product for the purpose of my review. Opinions are 100% my own.
