I took some the same day that I received them and I couldn't believe how well I slept that night and I felt so rested up with less pain the next morning. I will continue to use Advil PM.

It helps keep my cramps at bay and I am finally getting some rest and relief. I wish I had discovered these sooner. If I am suffering from a headache or back pain, I take 2 of these with a glass of water and end up asleep in bed within an hour. The caplets are easy to swallow and have no after taste like other pain medications I have used in the past. They really do work, and I'm thankful for that. Once these caplets are depleted, I will be buying these to replace my other pain relief brand. I highly recommend this product; however, as with all medications you should consult with your doctor prior to taking ibuprofen should you have concerns. Advil PM is trusted pain relief plus helps me to fall asleep within 15 mins or so. I trust the Advil brand. I wake up refreshed and there is no stomach upset.

When I was having some serious back pain when sleeping at night, I would always reach for Advil PM. It helped me sleep soundly throughout the night and took care of my aching back. I would recommend not using them every night as my doctor did inform me sleep aids like this can become addicting.

I was having some minor soreness from a full day of landscape work which was making it hard to fall asleep. After taking this product it helped relieve my backache enough for me to fall asleep relatively quickly, sleep through the night and wake up feeling well rested and not groggy. I like that it did not make me feel lightheaded before falling asleep. The pill size was easy to swallow. In the future, if I am having minor backaches, headaches, menstrual pain, etc. that is making it hard to fall asleep, I will be reaching for Advil PM. Sleep is important for recovery and I was glad this product got me the good nights sleep I needed.
