My legs and body have been cramping and so I needed something to take away the pain and knock me out to sleep. I really like that. I was not groggy the whole next day.

I love using this product at night. When I workout, it's usually in the evenings and I am pretty sore, so I have a hard time sleeping because the pain of being sore is uncomfortable. This helps a ton! It relieves my pain, and also helps to ease me into a good sleep, and I wake up feeling refreshed and now groggy!
