I suffer from insomnia. I just can't ever get restful sleep. That is until I found this product. I usually take it an hour before falling asleep and usually fall asleep within that hour. I wake up feeling refreshed and I don't feel like a zombie. It also helps with the tense body that I am constantly doing without knowing that I am doing it . Great product

Will this help you get to sleep if you have persistent insomnia? No probably not. But it will help thank you drift off when you’re sore and achy after raking leaves all day, or playing sports, or having a bad headache. It works rather quickly (approx a half hour for me), and does the basic job of alleviating mild pains and discomfort while allowing me to get to sleep. It’s a must-have for everyone’s medicine cabinet!

This did help with the pain but it did not help ease me to sleep. It does have a sleep aid in it but it does not say what or how many milligrams of the sleep aid that is in it. Advil is a good pain reliever on its own. Personally I would just take regular advil since the advil pm gave me the same results as the regular one.

I typically do not write reviews. So this means a lot. Advil pm is phenomianal, I've used products like melatonin and have not had the overall satisfaction like Advil Pm has on me. It gives me a very relaxed feeling when it kicks in and I'm asleep within an hour. I would like to thank Advil for this beautiful product.
