I only use them after a long week of baking because by then I am experiencing pain and having trouble sleeping. The packaging is super pretty also. And it doesn’t allow children easy access to it. This medicine actually helped me tremendously when I had the flu. I took it and I actually slept all night and it took away all my aches and pains.

I will admit, there was a bit of grogginess in the morning. I think that’s from the Dramamine, it always makes me groggy. Packaging was easy to open and child proof.

When I had the opportunity to try Advil PM, I definitely noticed a difference! It seemed to kick in a lot faster and helped to ease the pain and relax me to help me to get to sleep sooner.

When we do long distance races I tend to be a little achy after, nothing major but noticeable and I tend to not sleep well that night. After one of these races I decided to take a some of these Advil PMs to help me rest that night. I slept for nine hours without waking. I woke up feeling rested and ready to go. I wasn't groggy at all. Plus I didn't wake at all during the night because of the aches. I really liked how this product worked for me. I don't like to take sleep aids but in this case it was totally worth it. I would recommend it. I got these for free to try and give my honest review.
