Advil PM is the perfect over the counter medication when you have a pain that keeps you up at night. I brought the product from a drug store. It meet my expectations. The product is great for night pains. I would highly recommend if you have a pain that won't go away.

This is the perfect combination of ibuprofen and Benadryl i have ever taken., 200 mg of ibuprofen and 38 mg of Benadryl which is the same as 1 1/2 regular benedryl tqblets, the instructions say take 2 at bedtime (400 mg of ibuprofen and 76 mg of Benadryl (3 tabs). This combo put me to sleep and took away my headache. I would definitely recommend this to anybody with a headache trying to rest.

I say this helped me get a full nights rest that I have been lacking. It’s so much easier to fall asleep and then I stay asleep! My pain from my shoulders and neck is gone and stays gone all night. I say this works like a dream only it’s not a dream it’s real! I really do like taken this and I will continue to use it so long as I have my aches.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not a fan of taking medicine but when I'm in pain Advil is my go-to brand. I take it before bed and wake up brand new again. It's fast-acting and long-lasting, so I don't take another dose. Don't skip out on Advil when needed.
