I was having some minor soreness from a full day of landscape work which was making it hard to fall asleep. After taking this product it helped relieve my backache enough for me to fall asleep relatively quickly, sleep through the night and wake up feeling well rested and not groggy. I like that it did not make me feel lightheaded before falling asleep. The pill size was easy to swallow. In the future, if I am having minor backaches, headaches, menstrual pain, etc. that is making it hard to fall asleep, I will be reaching for Advil PM. Sleep is important for recovery and I was glad this product got me the good nights sleep I needed.

Most nights I have to take 2 to 3 different things to alleviate my symptoms and I walk around with several hours of brain fog. I do not get brain fog with Advil PM.
