I gave him 2 of these Advil PM’s right before bed & he has had the best sleep he’s had in a while. Each tablet has 200mg of Ibuprofen & 38mg Diphenhydramine Citrate which helps with sleep. If you have minor aches & pains that hinders your nighttime sleep, then this would be perfect for you. I would definitely discuss with your provider before taken any medications.

I had a headache and within minutes of using two of these pills my headache was gone. I will definitely purchase these in the future and I would definitely recommend. A lot of times I have back pain and it also helped with that as well.

I just recently received Advil Pm to try and really wasn’t putting much faith into them helping me much but they actually really worked well for me. I usually only get maybe two hours sleep before elbow pain wakes me up and let me tell you i was able to sleep 5 hours straight without waking up once after just taking two of these shortly before i went to bed. These actually really work!

The worst flare ups seem to always be at night so this Advil PM came in handy. I was able to stay asleep all night with minimal pain and it didn’t cause me to feel groggy in the morning which I appreciated.

I’m so excited to have found this one! I don’t need them very often but when I do, I hate that I feel like I can’t wake up the next day. This is very light and it made me feel sleep very quickly. 100% will buy again.
