I use Advil Pm, when I have daily aches and pains, and cant get to sleep.  I buy it at the grocery store or local drug store, I use this product about twice a week.  I feel it is affordable for my family.  I would recommend this to my friends and family. 

okay so the few times I have taken this pill it has worked magic because it knocks me out completely, it is effective within an hour or some times less BUT my personal downfall is that for some reason every time I take it my heart rate goes up and it freaks me out because it feels like its about to pop out of my chest.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are many times throughout the year when I burn the candle at both end and get overly tired. The first sign that this has happened is getting a headache! Well, sure enough, that happened over Halloween weekend with all the fun events that took place and the late nights! I started getting a pretty bad headache last Tuesday night (the day after halloween) and around 6:30, took 2 Advil PMs. Within an hour, I could feel the drowsy effects coming on. Once I was in bed, shortly after, I could also feel my headache starting to go away. Within 30 minuted of getting in bed, I was out and slept through the night until my alarm went off at 5 the next morning! I've been very satisfied with how my body responds to Advil PM in the past, and will continue to be a fan so long as I have the same results as I had last week!

I have taken this ones a couple of times, they are pretty efficient and have a fast kick in, so you don't have to take more than the ones indicated, they are good after a night sports session to have a good sleep without all your body aching, i specially recommend this for that purpouse

However I give it a high rating because I know Advil is a quality product that I have used in the past. I just have not been able to try the sleep version at this time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the AdvilPM because I find it to be really effective for period cramps. It can be extremely difficult for me to sleep when I feel pre-period nighttime cramps coming on, and most medications barely work. I have very severe pain, often waking up from it or tossing and turning throughout the night because of the extreme discomfort. It's hard to describe just how uncomfortable this is, but for those who have experienced it, you know it seems like hours before you feel any relief. I took this medication, and although it took about 1-2 hours to finally kick in, it worked completely. I fell asleep and woke up feeling okay. No extreme discomfort. Definitely recommend if you also have extremely difficult periods.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to regularly take Ibuprofen due to severe migraines and neck pain, so I was anxious to see how Advil PM would work, not only for taking my pain away, but also for how it would affect my sleep. I have to say, not only did my pain go away, but I had a good nights sleep! I was a little tired when I woke up in the morning, but I was not groggy like I have been with other PM medicines. I would highly recommend Advil PM for those who have chronic pain and need a good nights rest!
