The Advil PM works wonders on both of those needs. On a recent bout with the flu I managed to get a good nights rest despite feeling so crappy during the day. I worked so well and left me thoroughly impressed. Highly recommended!

Do not take if you can not get 8 hours of sleep. I go to sleep late and wake up early to get my kid on the bus and once I slept through it and he had to get a ride to school lol. These work great though. I'd highly recommend these to those who can't fall asleep fast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product really helps my pain especially at night. I suffer from pain that keeps me up at night and this helps with both pain and sleep. The diphenhydramine in it isn’t too strong so you’re able to sleep but you’re not knocked out.

I always prefer Advil over other pain medication, I find they kick in the quickest and help really well for dealing with pain. Advil PM is a pain reliever combined with a sleep aid. Not long after taking the AdvilPM, I am asleep, and I actually stay asleep. I haven't noticed any hangover feeling, which is often the problem with sleep aid products. I definitely recommend AdvilPM to anyone dealing with sleep issues due to pain.
