I didn't notice any negative side effects, however, I also didn't notice any positive effects, either. I can't say that it helped with sleep.

I love this Advil PM because it works for me and it works fast. I was feeling so much better after about half an hour without any stomach issues like other brands have caused me. I took this before bed and I actually slept through the night and woke up with no lingering headache. This is my go to for a painless, restful night's sleep.

She said it's been helping her sleep better since she has been dealing with a lot of discomfort , as she's gotten older she's had more joint pain.

After a hard day working in the yard I was hurting and it was preventing me from getting to sleep.After taking Advil PM I was able to get a good night's rest.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Advil PM is just what the doctor ordered. I try not to take NSAIDS/ibuprofen often, but when I do, it’s usually at night time right before bed. So adding in the nighttime sleep aid was just enough to help drift into a nice sleep and not wake up in 4-6 hours when the pain reliever wore off. Highly recommend. Only suggestion is to make a gel capsule, if there already isn’t an option of this.

Sometimes I have problems sleeping because my mind races over everything that happened during the day or things that I didn't have time to get done or even something someone said to me. In those times of need Advil pm are a life saver. They stop my mind from racing and let's me get the sleep and rest I need. And I don't feel groggy or hung over in the am from them."
