I am usually hesitant to take sleep aids because they tend to make me groggy in the morning. Advil PM, taken shortly before bedtime, helped me fall asleep quickly, stay asleep longer, and reduced my joint pain. This is the first time I tried AdvilPM and I totally prefer it over the regular Advil for night times. I didn't wake up once with any pain and that is a huge improvement for me. If you also suffer from regular pain, I would recommend it. Felt so much better the next day to have a full nights rest.
