I don't usually sleep well even when everyone else in my household does, plus I wake up with aches and pains. Advil PM has been awesome in helping me fall asleep and stay asleep without weird side effects. I usually take one and that does the trick! The size of the capsules is just right and easy to swallow. I’m a school teacher so I’m surrounded by germs all the time. These caplets worked great to provide relief from the headache and sore throat with the same trusted NSAID Advil medication I’ve used for years. Even better is that it helped me sleep. Instead of tossing and turning all night I was able to get a solid 8 hours from the diphenhydramine, which is the active ingredient in Benadryl. I wasn’t groggy the next morning. I used these for two nights in a row and would highly recommend. It contains two safe, trusted ingredients to help you sleep and feel better.

...love this product! Advil pm is one of the few pain reliever/ sleep aid products on the market that are both effective and reliable. I use this at night occasionally to relieve minor aches and pains that would usually keep me up at night due to the discomfort they cause. Headache, back pain, etc. THIS PRODUCT WORKS! The pills are small and easy to swallow, and they do not take hours to start working. I did not experience any dizziness, lethargy, or feeling "spaced out" once the product takes effect like I have with similar pain reliever/ sleep aids. It is a "natural" drowsiness, which I like because it allows me some time to fall asleep on my own without being "knocked out" right away. I did deduct one star from the rating, only because I did not like the bottle. Having to fidget with the bottle with a headache is not too high on my list, and the bottle (8 count size) had to be fussed with to get open on more than one occasion. Other than the bottle, this is perfect for me and I would highly recommend! I received a free product for the purpose of my review. Opinions are 100% my own.

I didn’t feel groggy or tired the next morning. The muscular pain and headache went away in the convenience of the East to swallow gel tablets. I will definitely get more!

These are easy to distinguish from the regular ones since they’re blue and not difficult to swallow.

It has ibuprofen, which takes care of the pain, and diphenhydramine, which makes you sleepy. I use it sometimes when I can't sleep because of a headache or a sore back. It works like a charm and I wake up feeling great. No side effects for me, like stomach ache or hangover. Also, don't take Advil PM ibuprofen 200mg more than once a day, or for more than 10 days in a row. It's only for when you really need it, not for every night. If you have serious or lasting pain or insomnia, you should see a doctor. So, yeah, I think Advil PM ibuprofen 200mg is a good product for people who want some relief from minor pain and sleeplessness. It does the job, it's easy to use, and it's cheap. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a simple and safe way to get a good night's sleep.
