However, it doesn't keep you asleep/last very long and what's worse, it leaves you groggy but not rested. I wouldn't recommend it. I received this as a free sample to try but my opinions are my own.

I bought these for sleeping aid, it did had the total opposite effect for some reason and I ended up awake all night long, that happened to me every time I took it, it was actually better for me not to take them, at least without them I was able to sleep part of the night. When I call the manufacturer to tell them about it they were really bad, even though they are required by the law to take my report.

Advil PM helps me on those nights when my legs have said enough is enough. It gives the right amount of relief to help me get through the night for a sleepy recovery.
