It helped me to have a restful sleep without a hangover the next morning. It relieved all my aches and pains just like regular advil. Along with the restful sleep.

It doesn't make me too extra sleepy in the mornings which is nice. It's my go-to for nights when I've had a nagging headache all day and just want to sleep it away.

Advil PM caplets are great as an occasional aid in falling asleep if you’re like me and deal with the different discomforts of life. I really like that they are easy to swallow. They aren’t like huge horse pills or anything. I appreciate that you get a decent number of them for the price as well. Highly recommend them if you need that bit of an aid every so often, particularly if you’re physically active such as myself and wind up getting aches and pains from it.

Design is good blue in color easy to take will have to get more from store to help for the bad night I may of not gotten any sleep.

I have been looking for a product that can help with my minor aches and pains that I have at night when I am trying to sleep. Advil PM has helped me sleep somewhat better. It isn't a cure all but it seems to help more than other over the counter medicines I have tried.
