[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On Monday, my co-worker and I cleaned and rearranged nearly our entire office at work, 9 filing cabinets (with all the files still in them), 2 very large desks, several tables and then we loaded up about 30 boxes of paperwork to take to storage, which I then took and unloaded without her. Monday evening, I was moving like a little old lady and I was aching everywhere but I worried I wouldnt be able to sleep. I then remembered I had received some Advil PM from Smiley360 for free in exchange for my honest opinion, so I took two as recommended. Within 20 minutes I was starting to feel sleepy, went to bed shortly there after and slept like a baby. The next day I went to work, my co-worker will still sore and achy whereas I was just fine, I told her I had taken some Advil PM the night before and she said she wished she had thought of doing the same! The advil pain reliever really helped me when i had a wisdom teeth removal and it lasts a long time then other brands and i bought it somewhere but i forgot and it really met my expectations also i totally recommend this to others for any pain except for ones that your doctor said not to eat pain relievers.

I am amazed at how peacefully I slept!! No pain just sweet slumber!! I will make sure these are always on hand from this day forward.

My reasons: medical issues with my neck & shoulders, chronic migraines, headaches, now let's add hot flashes. All I seem to ever do is toss, turn, doze off, wake up, stare at the ceiling, the window, beat the pillow, throw off the sheets, can't find the comfortable position...it goes on. So, I decided to try the free sample of Advil PM. My first try, I wasn't sure, second try, I wanted to make sure, third try, I went out and bought myself my own bottle of Advil PM'S. I go to sleep gently and actually get to sleep most or all of the night then wake up feeling like I did get some rest. I'm feeling refreshed and not groggy. I definitely will be recommending this to family and friends that have issues with night time rest.
