I am usually hesitant to take sleep aids because they tend to make me groggy in the morning. We feel most comfortable taking the original OG advil products and for this reason we probably will not purchase advil PM in the future. This is solely because we do not take products with added diphenhydramine citrate as an active ingredient for SLEEP/Nighttime use. And in case anyone is the active ingredient in Benadryl and other similar allergy products which causes a handful of negative side effects
