I take two caplets before bedtime and within an hour; I am out like a light. It does a wonderful job of easing my aches and pains while allowing me to get a full night's rest. Also, the next morning I feel well rested and alert instead of feeling the grogginess that other medications cause. Yes, Advil P.M. works, but only as directed. It is unfair for the the company to say is not habit forming. It is, indeed, habit forming and can lead to an addiction very difficult to break! Research is showing frequent use can cause memory problems and the product can lead to dementia.
