With Advil PM it was very easy to fall asleep. I took a little time before I was ready for bed and when the time came, I was ready to sleep! I did awake to use the restroom, as I do every night, and was able to fall right back to sleep. Most nights I have a had time falling back to sleep and it can take quite some time, but not this time. It was also easy to swallow. I highly recommend if you struggle to sleep.

I take two caplets before bedtime and within an hour; I am out like a light. It does a wonderful job of easing my aches and pains while allowing me to get a full night's rest. Yes, Advil P.M. works, but only as directed. It is unfair for the the company to say is not habit forming. It is, indeed, habit forming and can lead to an addiction very difficult to break! Research is showing frequent use can cause memory problems and the product can lead to dementia.
