I has some soreness and tension, but was also having trouble sleeping due to the pain. Two pills and I finally got a restful night's sleep and woke up feeling a bit better too.

Advil P.M. is the perfect medicine to help me sleep comfortably when my back is acting up! Nothing worse than having trouble sleeping due to body aches but with this product it helps calm my body aches and stay asleep, no more waking when I move positions due to aches and pains! The ibuprofen does help to relieve pain and I was able to get a decent sleep but when I woke up in the morning, my stomach felt uneasy. I would recommend eating something while taking this medicine.

I get bad headaches and have trouble sleeping at night where I toss and turn , uncomfortable. After taking 2 capsules it took about 30 minutes to help alleviate the throbbing pain which had kept me awake. This did help me get restful sleep, and woke up without a headache.
