I drink these because i have a lot of joint pains. Especially when the cold rainy weather is here, my knees hurt so bad I cant sleep, but with these its a matter of minutes and the pain goes away and I fall asleep.

When I am sick and need a good nights rest this does the trick. Very convenient to find at the drug store and adorable on top of it. It works wonders.

Whenever I need some pain reliever with some sleeping aid I go for these. They help me fall asleep faster and relieve some back pain. It doesn't always work though. But I still take the chance.
