This is one of my go to products after a long shift of serving. I'm usually sore after being on my feet for 12+ hours. This knocks out the pain and helps me fall asleep faster.

Gentle on my stomach and fast acting sleep aid/pain reliever. It is very effective and better than most I've tried. I don't wake up feeling too groggy but I only use it maybe twice a month. I recommend others to try it.

I stand for work all day and tend to get leg cramps at night that keep me up. When I take Advil pm I sleep thru the night and wake up feeling well rested
